A journey to discover the aquatic environments of the whole planet and their inhabitants: from the manatees to the seals, from the little penguins to the jellyfish, from the dolphins to the sharks, from the Antarctic fish - the only European structure to host them - to the colorful coral reef fish in the largest exhibition of biodiversity in Europe.
The Aquarium of Genoa (only 75 km from Pietra Ligure), offers the opportunity to live an experience linked to the themes of nature and the sea.
The public can admire water animals and plants in more than 70 exhibition tanks: 15,000 animals belonging to 400 species of fish, marine mammals, reptiles, amphibians and birds to which are added the 4 open-air pools of the new Cetacean Pavilion which can accommodate up to 10 specimens of dolphin.
The visit to the structure, with the new Cetacean Pavilion, lasts about 2h30.
