SNORKELING

In order to discover the underwater beauties it is not always necessary to be an expert diver: it is enough to know how to swim and be equipped with fins, mask and snorkel.
Snorkeling, accompanied by expert guides and marine biologists, is an experience able not only of transmitting the emotion of the sea, of making you enjoy its extraordinary beauty, but also of allowing you to know and appreciate biodiversity and to become aware of how important it is to preserve and protect the natural resources that surround us
You can start directly from the beach and reach, after a short swimm, the famous beachrocks, the fossil beaches extending along the coast between Pietra Ligure and Capo Noli where, simply by putting your head under the water, or with short freediving dives, you will have the opportunity to observe small fish, crustaceans, molluscs and the cavities in which they hide, as well as expanses of posidonia or small coral formations
It is also possible to spend a half day of snorkeling, boarding on small motorboats from the Ports of Loano and Finale and discover the underwater beauties in front of Gallinara Island or Bergeggi Island.
